Venues

The meeting will be held at the Purdue University West Lafayette campus at various locations including the Stewart Center, the Purdue Memorial Union, and the Shively Club at the Ross-Ade Stadium Pavilion. A map of these locations is available here.

Hotel Information

Participating graduate students will be hosted at the PMU Union Club Hotel on campus.

Faculty and industry representatives will be hosted at the Holiday Inn Hotel in downtown Lafayette.

Parking

Parking at the Grant Street Parking Garage (adjacent to the PMU Union Club Hotel) is complimentary for the Union Club Hotel guests.

Parking passes for the Holiday Inn guests to exit the Grant Street Parking Garage will be available at no charge during Registration. Parking is free of charge at all times during PGSRM at the Grant Street Parking Garage. No passes will be needed at any time.

Transportation

Between Chicago's O'Hare Airport and Purdue

A shuttle service between these locations is provided by Express Air Coach. Please refer to their website for information on schedules and fees.

Between Indianapolis Airport and Purdue

A shuttle service between these locations is provided by Lafayette Limo. Please refer to their website for information on schedules and fees.

Between Holiday Inn Hotel and Purdue campus

Holiday Inn guests that need transportation from hotel to campus need to make arrangements/appointments when they check in at the front desk. The Holiday Inn generally offers a shuttle service from 7am-11pm.

Alternatively, a Purdue PGSRM shuttle will also be available for transportation between Purdue and the Holiday Inn Hotel if needed.

Wireless Internet Access

Wireless Internet guest accounts for on-campus internet access will be available at Registration.

The PMU Union Club Hotel and Holiday Inn Hotel offer complimentary wireless internet access for their guests.

Refreshments

Refreshments will be served throughout the day on Friday, June 26 in Stewart Center Rooms 302-306.

Dress Code

Casual business attire is the standard dress code for the PGSRM 2009 events.

Badges

Badges provided upon Registration must be worn at all times throughout the conference for admission to the PGSRM 2009 events.

General Information for Judges

Prepared evaluation forms for each of your assigned presentations will be provided at the Judging Information Table in Stewart Center upon Registration at the Welcome Desk.

The completed evaluation forms should be returned by 4:30pm on Friday, June 26 in Stewart Center Room 107. It is critical that we have the forms by 4:30pm so that all evaluation forms can be processed on time for assigning the corresponding winners.
